Edward founded Flamberg in 1994 following twelve years at a Mayfair family office. Responsible for investment strategy, principal relationships, and the firm's intellectual direction. He has never acquired an asset at auction.

Managing Partner, Transactions
Catherine joined in 2004 from a leading City law firm specialising in property finance. She leads all transaction execution, financing structures, and legal governance. Her instinct for counterparty motivation is, in the firm's experience, without equal.

James Beaumont
Managing Partner, Asset Management
James has managed the Flamberg portfolio since 2009. A chartered surveyor by training, responsible for the active management programme across all held assets, from lease renewal detail to full refurbishment strategy.
